UPDATE - This issue may have affected emails up for some customers up until approximately 11:40am.

RESOLVED - Service Interruption - Cloud Email Infrastructure - 29/09/2015

Our technical service team would like to advise our customers that they may currently experience a very specific bounceback message when trying to send an email. The bounce message will look like the following:

"Error message: SMTP from remote server: host 550 header syntax error. Email does not conform to RFC 2822 requirements."

Our technical team is working to resolve the problem as our main priority at this time. We do sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this may cause.

Please be advised that contacting our support channels may result in a longer than average wait time while this issue is ongoing.

We will update this alert with information as it becomes available.
