Note: This article covers Melbourne IT DPS customers only.
In order to pay an invoice that is emailed to you, click on the 'Pay Now' link in the email.
Alternatively, you can pay through your admin panel by following the instructions below:
- Log in to your parent level admin panel
- Hover over ‘Finances’ and select ‘View Invoices’
- Next to the invoice you want to pay, click ‘Pay’
- On the next page, scroll down and use the drop-down menu to select your preferred payment method
- Click 'Pay'
If your account is on monthly invoicing then you will not be able to pay the invoice until the first of the next month.
