Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the following;
- Your domain name
- Your registry lock security passphrase
- State that you want to cancel your registry lock
- Photo ID
Our internal registry lock expert will then call you to once more verify your security passphrase and confirm that the registry lock should be permanently removed. They will then contact the registry, undergo a validation process and arrange for your domain lock to be permanently removed.
