Update your account details using the Console
Follow the instructions below to update your primary contact name, email address, phone number, and postal address.
- Log into the Console
- Click on the [Account] tab
- Click [Edit] in the Account details section
- Update your contact details
- Click [Update contact details]
Update your account details using a form
The easiest and quickest way to update your account details is by logging into the Console. If you are unable to log into the Console and our Customer Care team are unable to verify your identity over phone of live chat support, you will need to submit an Update of Account Details form to us. The Update of Account Details form requires you to submit some personal and/or business documents to us, helping to verify you as the correct owner and contact person for the account.
Update your company name
Please use one of the above forms in order to update the company name displayed inside your account and on your invoices.
