RESOLVED Service Interruption - Cloud Email Infrastructure - 28/09/2015
Our technical service team would like to advise customers that we are currently experiencing an issue with our cloud email service, customers will be unable to send emails at this time. Our technical team is working to resolve the problem as our main priority at this time. We do sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this may cause.
Please be advised that contacting our support channels may result in a longer than average wait time while this issue is ongoing.
