Update: As of 1.00pm AEST, Telstra has confirmed that they are no longer seeing issues with our customers websites or emails. The cause of the issue was a routing change which impacted our anycast DNS service for Telstra customers. If you continue to see issues with your website or email please contact our support team.
RESOLVED - Service Alert - Network Disruption - Telstra DNS
Melbourne IT would like to advise that we are currently experiencing an outage on our hosting platforms for Victorian customers using Telstra DNS. The outage is affecting the resolution of customer’s websites, email being sent and received and access to our management platforms. The current outage with Telstra affects clients on our cloud, cPanel and email based hosting solutions.
Our engineers are currently working with both our providers and our internal teams to provide a resolution.
