Managing your DNS in our hosting infrastructure all takes place within your existing cPanel interface, however accessing it is slightly different to what you might be used to. Luckily, it’s even easier with The Console to log into your cPanel interface, just follow the instructions below.

Manage zone records using cPanel

To access cPanels zone management interface, follow the instructions below:
  1. Log into your MyAccount
  2. Under Manage Services, click View Webhosting Services
  3. On the next page, click on the domain name’s cPanel Hosting product that you want the FTP details for
  4. On the next page, click Manage Service
  5. In the new window, click cPanel
  6. Click on the Advanced DNS Zone Editor icon
  7. From this page you can add, remove or edit zone records

Manage MX records using cPanel

cPanel does not allow users to add, remove or edit their domains MX records within the Advanced DNS Zone Editor. Instead, follow the instructions below:
  1. Log into your MyAccount
  2. Under Manage Services, click View Webhosting Services
  3. On the next page, click on the domain name’s cPanel product that you want the FTP details for
  4. On the next page, click Manage Service
  5. In the new window, click cPanel
  6. Click on the MX Entry icon
  7. From this page you can add, remove or edit your domains MX records
