When ordering and renewing subscriptions, customers can choose from a variety of billing methods and frequencies. This support page outlines the available options.
Customers may choose one of the below billing methods when ordering or renewing a subscription.

- Direct debit
The credit card, prepaid and direct debit billing methods are all automated. This means that upon renewal, our system will automatically debit money from the bank, prepaid account or credit card provided to us. Customers using the invoice billing method will be sent an invoice upon renewal and will have several payment options available to them.
